Cooking & Baking

Last night I made homemade mushroom buckwheat soup (it was supposed to be barley but the lady at Hieber's gave me buckwheat instead...and I even asked in German for barley! augh!) along with homemade gluten free carrot and raisin muffins. Both turned out really good, even if I do say so myself! I think I'm going to enjoy cooking and baking and experimenting with new healthy recipes!
